Nextalys is looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to join our remote team. This role involves managing data, handling schedules, and assisting with travel-related tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data in company systems and databases accurately.
  • Organize scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional manner.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as document management and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel details, including booking, itinerary updates, and confirmations.
  • Perform quality checks on data to ensure it’s correct and complete.
  • Communicate with both internal teams and external clients to support scheduling and travel needs.
  • Follow company guidelines to maintain efficient remote work processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or scheduling is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, or travel booking platforms (training is provided if needed).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work from home.
