Responsibilities:
- Input and update data in company systems and databases accurately.
- Organize scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional manner.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as document management and record-keeping.
- Coordinate travel details, including booking, itinerary updates, and confirmations.
- Perform quality checks on data to ensure it’s correct and complete.
- Communicate with both internal teams and external clients to support scheduling and travel needs.
- Follow company guidelines to maintain efficient remote work processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or scheduling is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, or travel booking platforms (training is provided if needed).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work from home.
